#GetFITFriday and coach Matoko is here with a quick 5 step at home workout. Our workout is designed for our adult fitness Forever Athletes who might be too busy to get to the gym this weekend.
It's Friday so let's get FIT:
1 - Burpee (repeat 10 times)
2 - Star Plank (hold for 30 seconds)
3 - Pike Push Up (Repeat 10 times)
4 - Forward Lunge (Repeat 10 times)
5 - Pike Sit Up (Repeat 10 times)
Repeat all of the above for 5 rounds.
