Adult programs are designed to meet the performance needs of clients of different ages, abilities and sporting backgrounds. They are a carefully constructed progression of training that approaches movement quality first and then combines classic strength, hypertrophy, conditioning and athletic activities in a fun and motivational setting.
The athlete to Coach ratio for all of our Adult FLEX classes is 12:1. You must schedule your classes via our online booking system so we can prepare your programming. All FLEX members have open gym membership privileges.
