#GetFITFriday and coach Neil is here with a quick 5 step at home workout. Our workout is designed for our adult fitness Forever Athletes who might be too busy to get to the gym this weekend. Since it's a holiday we included an easier or tougher version of each workout - since we are on vacation!:
It's Friday so let's get FIT:
1 - Incline Push Up (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
2 - Squat (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
3 - Lateral Plank Hold (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
4 - Step Up (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
5 - Straight Leg Sit Up (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
Repeat all of the above for 4 to 5 rounds - or as many as you can fit into your Memorial Day weekend schedule.
